I love it!
When I was in Munich 3 years ago, I saw one Bay bus and a couple of air cooled Bugs. I thought they would be everywhere. I saw no New Beetles. They must be an American thing. Great old pictures of Deutschland and the Bug.
yeah - I've had the same experience in Europe. Apparently, they rusted out pretty bad there. I arrived in Paris a few years back and saw a bus in the first 5 minutes and thought that was a good sign. It wasn't. I think I saw maybe one more over the next 10 days.
