Vintage Tuesday! Vintage Vacation #4

Summer 1971.

July 14th, 1971 - Well, we are now in San Diego, about to cross the border into Mexico to get the front of my 1970 VW bus named Elvis fixed. You can read about my vacation so far here. Laurie, my girlfriend, and I spent most of the last week in Encinitas hanging out with Rick, my friend from school. Here's a picture of Rick and me...


Rick is a really fun guy and we enjoy hanging out with him. We spent the week driving around and hanging out at the beach drinking wine and sleeping in. But now we gotta get moving. I'll update more when we are back in the states, but here are a bunch of pics from the last few days...
